How do you handle warranty or service work when needed?

Every Wheegreen electric bicycle comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on its frame, battery, and motor. This warranty applies to registered owner of the Wheegreen bicycle. We suggest that you register your new bicycle within 30 days after purchase in order to activate the warranty and provide a record of the serial number of your bike.

Wheegreen dedicated sustainable services and provided the components that have the higher added value and a smaller environmental impact. Moreover, our product and part service life cycle are 10 years long. We encourage and support riders to fix the bikes so that we can reduce the electric waste.

Rider height and weight recommendation?

  • K-22 - Rider height from 5 ft to 6.5 ft and up to 250 pounds.

  • U14 - Rider height from 5 ft to 5.8 ft and up to 220 pounds.

 

How Long Does It Take To Charge The Battery?

It takes 6 hours to charge the battery from completely empty to completely full. Every time you let your battery die, it causes some permanent damage. For the first charges of a new electric bike battery we recommend charging for a full 8 hours to bring the battery to its full potential capacity. The average battery will die after 2 months without running. Newer batteries can last longer with an average of 3 – 5 months until dying.

What if an item is missing parts ormanual?

You can contact us via service email. We will send you new one ASAP. We recommend you sign up Membership first to speed up the shipping process.

Where are Wheegreen products made from?

Wheegreen Manufactures Mopeds, Bike, and Motorcycle in Taiwan. The major parts include battery and Motor are made in Taiwan also.

What Major Components Are Contained In an EMoped?

  • Batteries are the power source of E-Moped. Wheegreen durable batteries made for longer life, easy to recharge and recycle.

  • Controller—Work with Throttle and tells the motor how to operate to increase the efficiency.

  • Brushless Motor—transfer the energy to rotate the rear wheel with low wear.

  • Deck and Luggage Carrier - extra space to carry personal stuff

Lost Your Battery Keys?

We provide 2 keys with the e-moped. If both of them are lost, the battery needs to be replaced. We highly recommend you keeping the spare key in another safe place.

What is the speed limit?

The max speed is based on lab data and E-Bike regulation. The weight and resistance of the road will be affected the max speed. We recommend the rider to keep the speed within the state speed limit.

Does it have pedal assist, throttle, or both?

Both, If you pedal and twist the throttle at the same time, throttle will dominate.

Does it come with a USB port to charge devices like smart phone?

U-14 comes with USB port
